Philadelphia Eagles All-Pro and future Hall of Fame center Jason Kelce officially announced his retirement on Monday in front of his friends and family. Kelce wrapped up an illustrious 13-year career with the Eagles that began in Week 1 of the 2011 season and ended in the Super Wild Card Weekend matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in January.

The 36-year-old Kelce reminisced about the good times in Philadelphia and his journey to the pros.  The star offensive lineman went out on his terms and left the NFL as one of the best linemen/centers in league history. Kelce was a seven-time Pro Bowler, six-time All-Pro, and a Super Bowl champion, which isn’t too shabby for a sixth-round pick out of the University of Cincinnati.

After Kelce announced his retirement and delivered an emotional speech, former and current Eagles players took to Twitter to give their teammate his flowers on a legendary career.
